Just keep drawing out anything that hits your mind. It dosen't have to be detaild just rough. You can come back to it later when your in a slump or something, when no idea for an illustration comes up go back to that rough sketch you drew out. You might be able to combine two or three rough together to creat new illustrations.
Sometimes for a change try the way someone else's way of drawing, you might find a new stlye of you own.
It keeps me buzy and I try out diffrent ways to help me improve.
